Our optional hotel service available for only $80 USD /day for 2 persons, includes minimum housekeeping, bedmaking, and a delicious local breakfast and lunch /snack (see the menu on your confirmation email). Additionally, Carlos can be your bilingual personal host, chef, guide, and driver.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in from 15:00hrs.
• Check-out by 11:00hrs.
• Flexible and free arrangements for early check-in/late check-out, upon request 1 day before your arrival, depending on occupancy. Otherwise, extra charges may apply (30 USD – 70 USD).

House Rules

• Silence post-22:00hrs. No parties permitted without prior approval.
• Guests are encouraged to request our extra-cleaning staff’s services.
• Environmental consciousness is key: separate waste and conserve water /electricity
• Smoking is prohibited in beds, non-smoking rooms, and fire-risk areas.
• Prior management approval required for additional guests or visitors for the day, not included in the reservation.
• Damage to property or fixtures will result in full compensation charges.
• Pets are welcome, if they are educated, and with an extra fee of 30Usd or 500Mxp/pet

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, minus a small administrative cost (5%).
• 50% refund for cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival.
• No refunds for cancellations less than 15 days before arrival, but flexibility to change your travel dates 
• Utopia reserves the right to cancel under unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided (hurricanes/maintenance)
