Optional Hotel Service (min. 2 persons)

Our optional hotel service available for only $80 USD/day for 2 persons, includes minimum housekeeping, bedmaking, and a delicious local breakfast and lunch /snack for 2 guests (see the menu on your Guest Guide). Carlos Cervantes or Ricardo González can provide bilingual assistance and chef services, upon request and subject to availability.

“Utopic Experience”: all-inclusive stay at Oaxaca City and/or UtopiAmar:

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in from 15:00hrs.
  • Check-out by 11:00hrs.
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be free of charge, subject to availability and upon request one or two days before your stay. If a fee applies, it will be USD 30 to 70 and you will be informed before the service is confirmed.

 

House Rules

  • Silence post-22:00hrs. No parties permitted without prior approval.
  • Guests are encouraged to request our extra-cleaning staff’s services.
  • Environmental consciousness is key: separate waste and conserve water /electricity
  • Smoking is prohibited in beds, non-smoking rooms, and fire-risk areas.
  • Prior management approval required for additional guests or visitors for the day, not included in the reservation.
  • Damage to property or fixtures will result in full compensation charges.
  • Pets are welcome, if they are educated, and with an extra fee of 30 USD or 540 MXN per pet
  • Your pet is welcome: we charge a fee of 30 USD or 540 MXN per pet per stay.
  • Please bring their bowl and bed.
  • Do not leave them alone in the garden or the house, nor barking.
  • Do not allow them on the beds and furniture.
  • If these rules are not followed, an additional fee of 100 USD / 2,000 MXN will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • 95% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival (5% administrative fee).
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and less than 30 days before arrival.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival.
  • Utopia reserves the right to cancel under unforeseen circumstances (hurricanes/maintenance), with a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 15 days in advance, you can request a change of dates. New dates are subject to availability and confirmation by Utopia. Before the change is accepted, you will be informed of the applicable conditions and any rate difference.

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an email with the information you need to have a pleasant stay: arrival, transport, internet, meals, essential contacts of our housekeepers and recommendations of restaurants and things to do.
